How to Book
Until the 5th April, bookings will only be accepted from those presenting papers.
The residential package covers accommodation on-site at Ripon college and includes all conference meals. Dinner on Thursday 1st August is excluded as delegates will be on an afternoon/evening excursion to Oxford city centre.
Please note: There are only 30 rooms available at Ripon College, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also be aware that the majority of college accommodation consists of single bedrooms and shared bathroom facilities. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The non-residential package includes all conference meals except breakfasts. Dinner on Thursday 1st August is also excluded as delegates will be on an afternoon/evening excursion to Oxford city centre. It does not cover overnight accommodation. Transport by mini-bus to and from Oxford is included in the price for non-residential delegates. Follow this link for some suggestions about local accommodation options.
Conference registration is 9.30 - 10.30am on Tuesday 30th July and the conference closes at 5.30pm on Friday 2nd August. Non-residential delegates are responsible for making their own bed & breakfast arrangements.

1B Morning Workshop: Sacred song from the Hasidic Jewish and Sufi Muslim traditions: A musical workshop led by Dr. Abigail Wood and Dr. Sahil Warsi.
2A Afternoon Roundtable: Thinking about Shared and Disparate Practices in Congregational Music: A Discussion Among People of the Book. Discussion moderated by Dr. Abigail Wood.
2B Afternoon Workshop: How We Got Over: Congregational Music from the One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism African American Ecumenical Hymnal. Lecture-demonstration led by Dr. James Abbington.
An additional night's bed and breakfast can be booked at a set cost of £40 per night (no dinner is available in the College but the Bat and Ball pub is in close walking distance).

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Please note the College’s policy on cancellations and refunds:
- Cancellation before 1 May 2019 - full refund, less £15 admin charge
- Cancellation before 16 June 2019 - 50% refund
- Cancellation after 16 June 2019 - There will be no refund if less than a month’s notice of cancellation is given.
