The Retreat Association's icon of The Woman at the Well, by iconographer John Coleman, will be brought to Cuddesdon for the day to form the focus for this quiet day. The Retreat Association was founded to encourage people to take time out, to rest and reflect, to encounter Jesus and interrogate their faith. This icon will encourage us to sit and stay, to think and pray. The story of Jesus's encounter with the woman at the well can be read at John 4.1-42.

Retreat Leader:

Alison MacTier, Executive Director, Retreat Association, has overall responsibility for the leadership of the charity. Alison has a professional background in book publishing and the charity sector. She is a trained spiritual director and experienced in leading quiet days and retreats.
