Ripon College Cuddesdon is seeking to appoint a number of co-opted Governors (Charity Trustees) to join its Governing Body.
Governors share collective responsibility for the governance, stewardship, and long-term wellbeing of the College, supporting and challenging the leadership in the delivery of its charitable purposes and mission.
The role involves attendance at three Board meetings per year and membership of at least one Board committee. The position is unpaid, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
