Cost £260: includes ensuite accommodation, all meals and refreshments.
The retreat offers you the opportunity and time to pay attention to God and God's work in your life, for you to pray and reflect, and to renew, rest, restore and repair.
Each retreatant has their own retreat guide who will assist you to focus. A service of Holy Communion with short address in the morning, and Compline at night complete the framework to facilitate your retreat.
This is a retreat both for those for whom this will be their first silent individually guided retreat and for those for whom it is not - all will be most welcome.

Revd Stephen Dinsmore
"My delight is to see God’s people released to fulfil their calling through encounter with the living God. I have led several Individually Guided Retreats.
I ministered in parishes in the North East, London, Plymouth, and Essex. For over a decade I led the mission agency SOMA, fulfilling my passion to encourage, equip and empower church leaders, ministering mostly across East Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
I retired in 2021 and now live and worship in rural Somerset. I am married to Janet, have three adult children and six grandchildren. I enjoy appreciating family, creation, and being on the water."
Revd Pauline Shepherd
"I am a retired priest whose calling and joy is to offer Spiritual Direction and to accompany people through the Ignatian Spiritual exercises.
My desire is to see people find the depth of God's love for them and to provide a safe space where their walk with God can be explored.
Born in York, I came to faith through the ministry of my R.E. teacher and the Rev David Watson (who I had the privilege to work with for a number of years). I have been in church leadership in lay and ordained capacities, and I appreciate the variety of traditions and styles of worship which the church offers.
I long for and rejoice to see the Holy Spirit at work, finding Him in some of the most unlikely people and places.
I enjoy family, sewing, reading, football and all kinds of music."
Revd Sue Hope
"I am a retired priest, living in West Yorkshire. The author of ‘Mission-Shaped Spirituality’, I have ministered in a variety of parish contexts, as a Diocesan Missioner, and as a chaplain at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. I am presently the Warden of the Tertiary Order of the Holy Paraclete, attached to the Anglican Order of Sisters based at Whitby."
