Our in-house catering team pride themselves on delicious, healthy home-cooked meals and on accommodating any special requests or dietary requirements.
Meals are usually taken collectively in the Dining Hall, with guests collecting their choice of food through the Servery. Breakfast is 'continental', and options for lunch and dinner generally include a vegetarian and meat option, soup and bread, and salad bar, followed by yoghurt and fruit for dessert.
Conference groups can also choose to have a working sandwich lunch or buffet lunch brought to their meeting room or break-out area.
We also cater for special occasions with fine-dining menus and formal table settings in the Dining Hall, summertime barbecues on the lawn, and drinks and canape receptions.
In line with the College's ethos, the catering staff care deeply about the planet and work with suppliers who have achieved 'The International Standard of Environmental Management', we follow Default-Veg advice, all meat is from farms which satisfy UK animal welfare standards, and we have processes in place to minimise food waste.
