The whole community of Ripon College Cuddesdon joins the nation in mourning the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. She has been a devoted and inspirational leader of the communities of our nation and a faithful Supreme Governor of the Church of England for seven decades. With countless others we give thanks to God for her Christian service and witness, and for the wisdom and loyalty that have been hallmarks of her long reign. We commend her to Almighty God and pray that she may rest in peace and rise in glory.
We pray for the Royal Family in their grief and especially pray the blessing of God on His Majesty the King as he assumes the heavy responsibility of leadership in Church and State.
