The climate emergency is one of the greatest challenges facing the world today, and therefore the church is called to respond with wisdom, creativity and passionate love. To this end, environmental theologians, ministry practitioners and the general public gathered for a day conference on 17th July to learn and reflect together with experts in the field.
Speakers were The Rt Revd Olivia Graham, Bishop of Reading; Dr Celia Deane-Drummond, Laudato Si' Research Institute; and Dr Tim Middleton, Fellow of Pembroke College, Oxford.
The event was sponsored by the Science for Seminaries Programme.
