Co-opted Governors (Charity Trustees)
Ripon College Cuddesdon is seeking to appoint a number of co-opted Governors (Charity Trustees) to join its Governing Body.
Governors share collective responsibility for the governance, stewardship and long-term wellbeing of the College, supporting and constructively challenging the leadership in the delivery of its charitable purposes and mission.
The role involves attendance at three Board meetings each year and membership of at least one Board committee. The position is unpaid, although reasonable expenses are reimbursed.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals able to bring professional experience in areas such as finance, estates, human resources, communications and marketing, fundraising, and organisational leadership.
